Blue Ash Mayor’s Court will not release, however, records that are prohibited from being released under state or federal law because said records are confidential. Some commonly requested records that are confidential include:

• Social security numbers;
• Attorney-client privileged information and trial preparation records;
• Records of ongoing investigations;
• Medical records;
• BMV records;
• Records that a judge ordered to be sealed per a statute; and
• Residential and familial information of peace officers, firefighters, EMT’s, prosecutors, children’s services workers, and corrections officers.

Information constituting a public record under Ohio’s Public Records Act is collected directly from the Blue Ash Mayor’s Court computerized court management system and, while every effort is made to keep information as up-to-date as possible, and the data can generally be deemed reliable, it cannot be guaranteed.
